I began my full-time career as a Realtor in Tampa, FL in 2005. Before embarking on this path I was previously an advertising executive at Young Rubicam - New York, a USCG-certified boat captain SCUBA instructor in Key West, a Ballast Control Engineer on a semisubmersible oil platform (Texaco's Ocean Star) in the Gulf of Mexico, and a commercial fisherman in the Gulf of Alaska.
An Emerald Coast native, I graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Ft. Walton Beach, received my BA from Birmingham-Southern College, and his MFA from The University of Iowa. My appreciation for the intrinsic natural beauty of the Emerald Coast after my (extensive) worldwide travels made it easy "to come home again" in 2010.
I'm a graduate of the 2012 ECAR Leadership Development Program and have served on the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) Board of Directors. Additionally, I'm a member of Florida Realtors (FR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
My proficiency is working with Sellers, first-time homebuyers, Buyers relocating permanently to the area, and Buyers looking for investment properties and/or vacation/second homes.
As soon as I locate that perfect home and/or sell your home, I'm personally focused on the timelines set out in the contract, the responsibilities of every party to that contract, and I will expertly guide you through every step of the transaction. My commitment to you doesn't end with your successful closing - I'm always glad to assist you afterward if you have questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
I offer full-service real estate services throughout our Emerald Coast, including (but not limited to):
I also have an extensive network of real estate professionals throughout the United States, Caribbean, Central America, and Western Europe if you need expert advice or guidance outside of my service areas.
